Secondment/ Fixed term for 12 months due to service delivery
*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated, enthusiastic and suitably qualified experienced staff member to join the Health Protection Team in NHS Forth Valley. Applicants should have excellent organisational and communication skills to improve the activities that enhance and develop the contact tracing service.
This post holder is responsible for supporting the Contact Tracing Service Delivery Team in developing and delivering strategies which ensure optimal and adequate resource is available to deliver the Contact Tracing service throughout NHS Forth Valley (Monday to Sunday from 8-8).
The postholder is required to leader the Service and offer human resource and professional advice to managers, staff, contractors and other NHS Boards. The Manager will be the lead expert in the call centre function, bringing innovation and modernisation to the Service. is underpinned by NHS Forth Valley values and a culture of person-centred care and management.
