An exciting opportunity has arisen in Falkirk Community Integrated Mental Health Team for one part time permanent Community Psychiatric Nurse.
A multi disciplinary team approach to care and service provision is utilised within the team. The service provides assessment, individualised treatment programmes and group wor.k for people with a wide range of major mental health problems, which are severe and enduring.
The successful candidate will require being self-motivated, enthusiastic, innovative and responsible for ensuring their ongoing professional development. Commitment to multi disciplinary team working and active involvement in promoting the integration agenda are required. Participation in service development is essential.
The post holder with be a registered metal health nurse, previous experience working in a community setting would be desirable but not essential.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
