The South Perthshire and Kinross Locality, Perth & Kinross HSCP has an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to lead the District Nursing Team in the South Perthshire Locality, Crieff/Kinross.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with a Specialist Practitioner Qualification or equivalent level of competence, to work innovatively with a supportive and highly committed team to continue the development of this diverse and complex clinical service.
You will be an experienced Charge Nurse with relevant experience in practice and high standards of clinical and communication skills. Collaborative leadership and a commitment to compassionate, evidenced-based care are required to ensure the best possible outcomes for the population that we serve.
The role combines clinical, management and leadership responsibilities. Knowledge of relevant policies that direct and affect Community Nursing is vital, as is a commitment to quality improvement and an ability to lead change and development within an integrated environment.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register
