This job role includes carrying site responsibility for estates Computer Aided Design issue during normal working hours of operation as part of a
24/7 maintenance team providing operational maintenance & emergency response for all building services (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical & building fabric) within the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Campus Glasgow.
This includes working with CAD,BMS systems to aid and support the operational estates team with management of HV/LV ,MGPS , Ventilation and Water systems controlled under formal safe systems of work as per operational policy & procedure on a day to day basis. Various inspections including site Plant room inspections with remedial job reporting inclusive of this role. This post will require supervision of staff. Additional skills with IES, BIM & Heavacomp & FM software would be beneficial and would form part of the applicant selection procedure. You should have a minimum of HNC qualified in a technical subject or working towards that qualification. The shift pattern for this post is day shift 9.00am – 5.00pm.
