As a Domestic Assistant working within the Domestic Services team based at Ayrshire Central Hospital, you will undertake a variety of cleaning/housekeeping duties. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within an adult mental health healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
You should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment and be flexible in regard to areas worked within Woodland View and Ayrshire Central Hospital where priorities can change due to staffing and activity.
Full training will be provided.
Position 1: 15 hours per week (9am-12pm, Monday to Friday)
Position 2: 15 hours per week (9am-12pm, Monday to Friday). This is a fixed term post until 31/12/2021
