SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY SUPPORT WORKER
Band 2 – £18,600 to £20,606 pro rata
Plus £1,074 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata
18.5 Hours per Week

We are looking for a flexible and motivated support worker to assist the Speech and Language Therapy Department in providing a service to clients who have communication impairments and/or eating and drinking difficulties.
To support the smooth running of the Speech and Language Therapy team based in the Western Isles Hospital, excellent communication and writing skills are required for this post.
The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full time employment or up to six months for part time workers. For further information see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk.
