Salary Range: £22,700 - £24,973 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
Tenure: 6 months Fixed Term

Our Health Records service is currently looking to recruit 4 new Health Record Clinic Build Supervisors on a 6 months Fixed Term appointment to join our Covid 19 Vaccination Contact Centre team based at Westward House, Paisley.
Our Health Records service has a key role for the provision of administrative and call handling to support NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Covid-19 Vaccination programme now underway across the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the provision of a high quality comprehensive administrative service in relation to a new Contact Centre. Main duties will include responsibility for the creation and maintenance of Vaccination clinic schedules and supporting the delivery of an effective vaccination programme. It is essential that candidates for this role must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additional duties may involve managing staff vaccination scheduling programme and dealing with queries regarding vaccination appointment times. A key aspect of the role will be ensuring the assigned workload is prioritized on a daily basis in order to meet critical timescales.
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the essential criteria for the role and will bring and can demonstrate effective communication and customer care skills along with exceptional organisational and planning skills. The role requires the post holder to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Internet skills. Accurate data entry skills are essential. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an ability to use initiative and attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Whilst not essential experience of using scheduling systems is desirable.
We are seeking candidates available to cover 37.5 hours) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm.

Successful candidates must be immediately available to commence work, across start dates scheduled over February 2021
