The QEUH Adult theatre suite consists of modern theatres covering a variety of specialties including General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynaecology, Trauma and Emergencies.
Our emergency theatre suite is looking to Recovery Practitioners to join our team at the Queen Elizbaeth University. You will be a skilled member of the perioperative team, providing the highest standard of specialist patient care without direct supervision.
As part of the multidisciplinary team you will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care and the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients within the perioperative department. The ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of an integrated team is required. You are required to demonstrate flexibility by working within a service that runs over a seven day week.
