Band 7 Bed/Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bed/Site team rotating between Royal Alexandra Hospital and Inverclyde Royal Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals wishing to further their career within Emergency Care and Medicine.  You will contribute to the overall management of the patient journey and is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of the hospital in the Out of Hours period. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and that you should have substantial experience as a Registered Nurse working within acute services with relevant experience as a  Band 6/7 with excellent working knowledge of acute services in the secondary care setting, excellent interpersonal skills, good IT knowledge and skills, ability to work effectively under immense pressure, have well developed people and team management skills and ability to use initiative.  This post is 28.75 hours per week.
