An opportunity has arisen in our Human Resources function for three HR Business Partners to join our team, to provide Strategic HR leadership and direction for our SBU/Directorates as the senior HR professional on their Senior Management Teams.  

The role will lead, shape, and drive the development of SBU / Directorates Workforce and People strategies and local people plans to enable the delivery of the SBU/ Directorates strategy and business plans.

The post requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills including persuasive, influencing and motivational, strong organisational skills and the ability to produce written work of the highest quality

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or equivalent relevant experience.
