An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Improvement Advisor within the Unscheduled Care programme team, this is a fixed term oppurtunity until March 2021.
The Service Improvement Advisor will work to support the Unscheduled Care Collaborative programme and will work alongside a dedicated analyst and project administrator. They will work alongside clinical lead(s) to develop and implement the unscheduled care collaborative programme within NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
The Service Improvement Advisor will also be required to influence all clinical and managerial personnel involved in unscheduled care ranging from Consultants in ED/Acute Medicine/Specialty teams, Advanced Nurse Practitioners/nursing staff.
The role will involve the engagement, management of improvement workstreams and influencing of colleagues across the three Health and Social Care Partnerships and Primary Care.
The role will also involve supporting the Programme Manager with frequent contact and reporting to the National Unscheduled Care Collaborative Programme.
