An opportunity has arisen within the Estates Department at Queen Margaret and Lynebank Hospitals, and the West Fife Sector for the appointment of a plumber .You should have completed an appropriate recognised apprenticeship and have experience working within a multi disciplined team. The duties involve a wide range of building services and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks. Previous experience in commercial and industrial plumbing and the operation and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems is essential. Knowledge of LPHW boiler plant, air compressors, pumps, H&V controls and building management systems is desirable.
You will have worked within the health service profession or similar size organisation and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of building services and/or building construction, also specialist systems unique to the health service
