As an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team you will work in partnership, demonstrating compassionate caring behaviours to fullfil the key functions of the PCMH Service. In particular you will be responsible for the assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of evidence- based cognitive-behavioural psychological therapies that proactively involves the person and optimises self-management. You are required to work independently on an allocated individual caseload with regular supervision with a Band 7 CBT therapist and also deliver CBT courses on a routine basis . You will contribute to improving access to psychological therapies for adults as part of the Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) within a stepped and matched care model. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC or a Registered Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday.
