The role of the Senior Infrastructure Engineer is to provide a specialist engineering support role within eHealth Customer Services for all areas of Acute, Community, GP and Corporate users in NHS Lanarkshire. To assist the eHealth Customer Support Manager with the management of eHealth contracts and services which collectively make up the Customer Support service in Lanarkshire. The post holder will be responsible for the management and planning of information required to organise client hardware and software refresh programs in NHSL. The post holder will provide a point of contact for NHSL managers in respect of all eHealth Customer Service related issues.
