A exciting opportunity has arisen in NHS Western Isles for an experienced dietitian to provide specialist dietetic input in the area of weight management and type 2 diabetes and to provide a leadership role for our Healthy Weight Practitioners.
This post has been established to support the implementation of “A Healthier Future: Scotland’s diet and healthy weight delivery plan” specifically the child and adult weight management standards and type 2 diabetes framework. The work will be across the whole of the Western Isles and is fixed term for 2 years.
