This full time post is based in Rossdale Resource Centre which covers Pollok/Darnley locality. This post is an excellent opportunity to provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention for adults with moderate-severe mental health difficulties. You will be a member of Rossdale CMHT and the South Area Psychology adult mental health service. The post provides highly varied clinical work with a range of presentations requiring approaches where Psychology provides the main intervention and also those that require joint working as part of a multi-disciplinary approach. The South Area has a well-established record of effective multi-disciplinary working and the post provides good development opportunities within a supportive multi-disciplinary environment. You will enjoy regular professional support as a member of the large and dynamic South Psychology service, and will benefit from our in-house CPD programme and strong professional support network. You will receive support and supervision from a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Applicants should have post-graduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996), post-doctoral clinical experience and training, and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
The shift pattern is; Monday-Friday 9-5 pm
