We are looking for a confident and organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide Team Leader, clerical and health records support to the appointments team within the Fife Rheumatic Diseases Unit. Previous experience working in a Health records Department would be advantageous.
You should be educated to Standard Grade and have a good standard of English and numeracy. Good keyboard and IT skills, including a sound working knowledge of a Patient Administration system and Microsoft Office applications is required. Previous supervision experience would be advantageous
Previous clerical experience is essential along with the ability to work as a part of a team. You should also be able to work using your own initiative with minimum supervision. The ability to deal with the public along with an awareness of patient confidentiality and handling of patient information would be preferred.
The ability to travel within Fife will be required on occasions for training purposes.
