You will provide comprehensive and effective administration and secretarial support within the Obstetric & Gynaecology Department.
You will be working with in a team of administrative and secretarial staff and will provide a comprehensive audio typing service to the medical teams within the hospital. You will be required to type clinics letters, non clinic and discharge letters via digital dictation system. It is essential to have knowledge of Microsoft word and significant experience within a similar role. You w ill also be required to assist the department with the co-ordination of all aspects of the obstetric and gynaecology waiting lists as required.
The shift pattern is; Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
