We are looking for a Senior Facilitator to join our Proactive Support Team to oversee and provide the delivery of end user application training and facilitation across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
The post holder will have the responsibility of managing and directing the development and operation of eHealth training services. This will include designing and delivering training programs and training materials for a range of clinical and departmental applications.
To align with eHealth’s Digital Strategy, there will be a responsibility to develop and design a system of assessment and evaluation of training outcomes against learning objectives.
You must possess a degree in a relevant subject or significant relevant experience.
Previous experience within eHealth would be advantageous, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload area also essential.
An understanding of digital training, e-learning and learning management systems would be advantageous.
