As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will have responsibility in conjunction with Health Visitor contribute to the assessment of infant care and development needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, liaising with local health and social care teams in both hospital and community settings, and local hospital teams, primary care teams and social care teams, ensuring the delivery of high quality care to infants and patients in the context of the mother’s mental illness and her parenting responsibility.

It is essential you are a

Qualified Nursery Nurse – NNEB / HND or SVQ level III in childcare.

Registered with Childcare and Education Board

Significant experience since qualification

Knowledge and experience of working with women with infants aged 0-12 months

Experience of working as part of a team

Knowledge of child health and development

Training in paediatric CPR

The shift pattern is; Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00pm.
