RefHelp Project Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1.0 WTE temporary post for a one year fixed-term within the Outpatient and Associated Services’ RefHelp Team.

The successful individual will provide dedicated project support to the development of RefHelp and assist in the planning and delivery of referral management projects.

The individual would also provide administrative and technical support to the day-to-day maintenance of the RefHelp site, shared mailbox and shared project folders.

The role requires close and effective working with a wide range of colleagues from primary and secondary care. We are looking for an individual with project management experience working in rapidly changing environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Tableau is essential. Knowledge and experience using TRAK, SharePoint and Wordpress is desirable.

Degree level or equivalent NHS experience, along with demonstrable Project Management experience.

Proficient in IT, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office professional and Tableau.

Experience of using and creating databases is essential.

Working knowledge of Tableau, TRAK, SharePoint and Wordpress is desirable.

You must have well developed organisational, planning and time management skills along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating good accuracy and attention to detail. An understanding of primary and secondary care service provision would be beneficial.
