We want to hear from you if you are a highly motivated and experienced senior nurse who will embrace this dynamic and challenging role, and work with us to build our team and services to meet the needs of our patients, families and carers across Forth valley. 

As part of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will have the responsibility for coordinating the Urgent care centre and Flow navigation Hub, including 111 calls, Minor Injuries, specialty and GP referrals – ensuring our patients are directed to the right place, first time.

They will have responsibility for assessment, delivery and supervision of care needs, supporting the clinical care standards within the department to ensure that quality standards and Key Performance Indicators are met.

In return we will welcome you to our hard working team where you will have the opportunity to be instrumental in supporting and developing staff and the delivery of unscheduled care services in Forth Valley. 

A genuine interest and clinical knowledge of urgent or unscheduled care is advantageous, along with previous experience in OOH services or telephone triage.
