Applications are welcomed for two full time (40 hours per week, 10PA) locum consultant positions in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The posts will be initially for 6 months duration.
Candidates should be able to offer both general Obstetrics and Gynaecology skills. The post will have contribution to provision of Obstetric care, including emergency Obstetric cover, Caesarean section lists and also gynaecology sessions such as emergency gynaecology care and outpatient gynaecology sessions. There will also be the potential opportunity for specialist interest sessions which complement the existing service e.g. Obstetric ultrasound or gynaecology operating sessions. The on call component of these posts will be contribution to the Obstetrics and Gynaecology rotas.
