The post holder will lead and manage the Podiatry department within NHS Lothian, deciding on the most effective use of resources, evaluation of service effectiveness, staff recruitment and service performance and make judgements on a wide range of NHS Lothian issues and priorities. Responsible for co-ordinating day to day organisation of podiatry service and for assessing and developing staff competencies. The post holder will provide leadership and strategic development of the Podiatry Service across NHS Lothian.
