We are looking for an outgoing and organised individual to join the Primary Care Transformation Programme Team based at Rothesay House, Glenrothes.  You will provide all aspects of secretarial and administrative support to the GP Clusters and associated groups and meetings of the Primary Care Transformation Programme.  

You will also provide support to the Personal Assistants of the Senior Leadership Team during times of absence.  This will mainly consist of minute taking, assisting with meeting arrangements, distribution of meeting papers, diary management, typing correspondence, including data collection forms, newsletters and reports. 

You should possess English and Maths at Standard Grade or National 4 and hold an SVQ3 or equivalent in Administration or Business related subject.   Excellent keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages along with experience in creating and working with databases is required.  

Previous secretarial experience; the ability to administer and minute meetings along with a sound working knowledge of office procedures are essential. You should possess good knowledge of confidentiality and information handling. You should have the ability to work as a team member and also have the ability to work using their own initiative with minimal supervision.
