Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner

Salary/Banding: Band 5/6 Depending on Experience
Hours: 16 hours per week
We have an opportunity within our nursing team for an Advance Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner. We currently have a full complement of GPs within a purpose built Health Centre. The successful candidate will support our current nursing team of two Practice Nurses, one ANP and one HCA to provide evolving high quality care to our patients.
We seek a candidate who preferably has experience in Chronic Disease Management especially Respiratory condition and is able to work independently. We would also hope that the successful candidate will have developed or be open to developing skills in prescribing and management of minor ailments.
This post offers 16 hours per week with flexibility to how this is structured and a competitive starting salary in relation to experience.
