A vacancy has arisen for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker in the Substance Misuse Team in Midlothian. The Team are based in NO 11 in Dalkeith: co-located with the Joint Mental Health Team, Justice Teams and a variety of Third Sector organisation staff.
This is a new post in a busy team and the post holder shall contribute to the person centred, trauma informed approach that the whole building takes.
You would need a genuine interest in working with people who misuse substances and have experience working with a care environment.
Training opportunities will be provided as well as supervision and the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary Team within an integrated service.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
