Public Health Administrator (Ref: 47341)
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Fixed term until 21/06/2022
Band 3 - Salary Range £20,700 - £22,594 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,895 per annum
The Public Health Team is at the heart of managing the Shetland response to the COVID pandemic and is a busy and exciting place to work at present. We need support with the smooth running of the Public Health/Test and Protect Team’s day to day functions such as assisting with enquiries, arranging meetings, taking action notes and providing cross team support. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support for Problem Assessment Groups and Incident Management Team meetings when necessary.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative/secretarial skills and proficiency in the use of standard computer packages, word processing, spreadsheets and databases? Are you organised, with a high attention to detail, and consider yourself to have a high degree of integrity?
This contract is for a fixed-term until 21st June 2022. The reason for the fixed-term contract is covid remobilisation. If you wish to apply for this post as a secondment opportunity, you will need to discuss with your line manager before submitting an application.
