An exciting opportunity has arisen for registered practitioners to join the Diabetes Specialist Nurse team in Tayside.

The Diabetes Specialist Nurse service is integral to the Tayside Managed Clinical Network and multidisciplinary disciplinary specialist diabetes team. Structures are in place for clinical governance, continuous professional development and evidence based practice in a multidisciplinary learning environment. The successful applicant will be expected to deliver evidenced based diabetes care working across Tayside and North East Fife.
As a registered nurse on Sub Part 1 of the NMC Register, entry code RN1/RNA, you will be educated to/or working towards a Masters degree and be willing to undertake Non Medical Prescribing Qualification. You will have substantial nursing experience in relevant primary or secondary care setting, and with proven clinical expertise and effective management skills.
Full current driving licence/ability to travel is essential.
