Associate Lead – Business Relations

Associate Lead –Workforce Planning


Band 7

Salary Scale: £39693 - £46467 per annum


Opportunities have arisen within the Human Workforce Directorate as follows:-


Post 1 – Associate Lead – Business Relations.  You will support Workforce Business Leads to deliver an effective HR service across NHS Tayside. You will provide operational supervision to an HR team which will provide business partnering support across a number of workforce issues including organisational change, partnership working and engagement, and policy advice.  Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or have equivalent postgraduate qualification/experience.  You should also have supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, have well-developed communication and influencing skills and the ability to develop and implement HR plans. You will support strategic and operational workforce practice and development for defined areas of responsibility.

Post 2 – Associate Lead – Workforce Planning.  You will support the Head of Workforce Planning to deliver an effective Workforce Planning service for NHS Tayside, supporting the development of local workforce planning activity and contributing to the development of the Board’s Corporate Workforce Plan.  The postholder will also be required to work collaboratively to analyse data and information to support the Workforce Planning processes.  Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or have equivalent postgraduate qualification/experience.  You should also have supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, have well-developed communication and influencing skills and the ability to develop and implement HR plans.
