We do this by providing a range of specialised support services that enable NHS Boards to focus their efforts on delivering health improvement and patient care.
The Office 365 service is a new offering from NSS, and the successful applicant will play a key role in shaping both the service offering, and how it will be delivered. The team has a national remit and will play a key part in assisting all the NHS Scotland Health Boards on their journey to Office 365
An opportunity has become available for three permanent positions to join the national Office 365 team. These roles are for Office 365 Senior Technical specialists, reporting directly to the Office 365 Head of Service.
The successful candidates will lead on all technical aspects of Office 365 and will be responsible for National changes on the tenancy, as well as directly engaging with the national virtual teams regarding 3rd and 4th line service tickets. Due to the evergreen nature of Office 365, a strong understanding of the Office 365 suite is essential.
Successful candidates will be required to work closely with Security & Information Governance colleagues, as well as programme and technical leads within each of the NHS Scotland boards. As such, excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills are essential. You must be able to show initiative and prioritise work, manage your own workload and maintain high standards, with excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme Disclosure/Disclosure Scotland check. Any candidate who has worked overseas for more than 3 months will also be required to provide a criminal record check from the appropriate overseas agency
