This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional person to lead integrated health and social care services across South Lanarkshire.

Reporting to the Chief Executives of South Lanarkshire Council and NHS Lanarkshire, the successful candidate will work with both organisations, and with support and direction from the South Lanarkshire Integrated Joint Board, will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and its staff.
You will lead the implementation of the Integrated Joint Board's Strategic Commissioning Plan and will be responsible for delivery of the devolved services agreed by the partners. This will include management of the integrated budget (in excess of £500m). A key role will be to drive organisational development to maximise capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness to best meet the needs of individuals and our communities.
You will also have strategic responsibility for:
- The development and implementation of the statutory Social Work services pertaining to the council's Children & Justice Services.
- Pan Lanarkshire Primary Care services and delivery of the primary care improvement plan and the GP Out of Hours Service.
SLC Chief Officer Grade - Up to £140,113
NHS Executive & Senior Manager Grade E - £83,463 to £109,127
