An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and dynamic creative services Videographer to join NHS Golden Jubilee.

This brand new role will provide a wide range of high quality creative films and audio/visual projects which meet branding, accessibility and equality and diversity requirements.

This role is suited to someone who will enjoy a varied role, can work on multiple projects at a time, and is willing to work hard in order to achieve great results.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Deliver, advise and coordinate the production of video, podcast and audio/visual content for patient information, corporate, advertising, promotional and other relevant areas to support events, services and developments as part of digital communications projects, ensuring a high standard of work at all times.
  • Support corporate publications with video content if required, such as the annual report, working with relevant colleagues and developing key corporate messages in a digital format.
  • Create and coordinate video and audio/visual elements of communication and marketing plans as part of a project team or group.
  • Deliver digital communications actions efficiently and effectively with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations to ensure targets are met to a high standard.
  • Supporting the planning and project management of digital content to support and record NHS Golden Jubilee events.

Key skills we need

  • Proven experience of the entire videography production journey, including pre-production, filming, editing, audio recording, audio post production and formatting.
  • Experience of podcast production, including recording, mixing and mastering.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative software, in particular Premier Pro, After Effects, Indesign, Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Organised and efficient multitasker with the ability to forward plan and develop a range of projects at one time.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to present complex information into effective creative services products that meet the needs of a range of different audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills as well as good customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, vision, and big ideas.
