We require a Clinical Research Officer to undertake the management of audit systems, analyse data, interpret and report results to support clinical audit and research in the Orthopaedic Department.

You will be based within the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. 

We are looking for an experienced auditor who has worked within a clinical setting in the NHS and has a good knowledge of medical terminology particularly within Orthopaedics.
 
A working knowledge of Office 365 - Word, Excel and Outlook is essential along with advanced keyboard skills.  

You must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as working independently and to work under pressure.   There may be at times a requirement to work flexibly and be able to adapt readily to change.  You must have good organisational skills.

A level of English language competency and excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) are necessary to perform the role safely and effectively.

Please note the payscale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.
