Post 1: Full time 37.5hpw, fixed term / secondment for 11 months (Maternity cover)
Post 2: Full time 37.5hpw, fixed term / secondment for 6 months
The post holders will support delivery of the supplementary staffing service to clinical areas across NHS Highland. Main duties including matching available staff to requests, processing payment, managing bank staff annual leave requests and payments, supporting areas with Agency requests and ensuring invoices are processed, accessing training and providing regular communication with bank employees and departments requesting bank staff. An interesting and varied role the new post holders will require excellent IT skills – Excel evidence of manipulating data to produce reports and extract reports for input to SSTS, PECOS with either Payroll, HR or recruitment skills or evidence of working in this area.
