We are looking for someone who is highly motivated for this exciting and challenging new post, resulting from increased need and opportunities for health and social care innovation across Scotland.
Based within Forth Valley Quality you will plan, manage and deliver agreed innovation projects within Forth Valley, NHS West of Scotland Region and NHS Scotland. The role will support the national Health Innovation Partnership and Open Innovation projects.

You will be responsible for achieving collaborative working across a broad range of stakeholders to support the delivery of innovation collaboration objectives within timescales and budgets.

You will facilitate the development and commercialisation of innovations emerging from the innovation collaboration process, through effective project management, commercial due diligence, contract negotiation and identification of translational funding opportunities.

You will have substantial practical experience in the specification, development and implementation of innovation within a public or private service environment. You will demonstrate the ability to understand, analyse and reengineer complex processes.

A track record of strong project/change management skills and a project management qualification such as PRINCE2 are essential. Experience in project planning, managing, reporting and completion in a large complex organisation is essential.

You will evidence ability to work effectively in a team and influence across professional and organisational boundaries, excellent organisational skills and an and an ability to analyse and present complicated and sensitive information.
