NHS Highland has a vacancy to lead the eHealth Service Desk Team, which involves managing a team of 8 Service Desk Analysts to provide first line support to users of NHS Highland's IT equipment and systems. Candidates should have previous experience of managing a service desk and knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
