You will contribute to improving access to psychological therapies for adults as part of the Wellbeing South Glasgow Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) within a stepped and matched care model. It is essential you have a core profession in nursing, occupational therapy or social work and have up to date registration with the relevant professional body. You should also have a diploma in CBT from a BABCP accredited course and have extensive experience in Mental Health & in delivering CBT to people with mild - moderate mental health problems. The Wellbeing service is an innovative and evidence driven team and we would welcome applications from motivated individuals with a sound knowledge of NHS Mental Health Services and an ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team and wider mental health network. It is essential  you have Postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from BABCP accredited course.  Applications may also be considered from applicants who hold post graduate CBT Diplomas from courses which were not accredited at the time, but have since gained BABCP accreditation, relevant professional training to degree level or equivalent in a core profession which includes basic psychotherapy training, i.e. Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Work, Occupational Therapy. and current registration with relevant professional regulatory body, i.e. NMC or HCPC. There are 2 posts avaialble  a fixed term post for 12 months and permanent post, please indicate on your application the post you are applying for.
