You will ensure that an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service is delivered to the Multidisciplinary Team which comprises of Managerial, Psychology, Nursing, and Occupational Therapy staff within Adult Community Mental Health Services across Glasgow City HSCP. This will include Reception duties, data input, record management and general typing.

You will work independently much of the time managing calls and emails. You will also be required to deal with referrals and enquires through a single point of access and also support the generic functions and duties of the wider Administrative Team. You must show competence in the use of range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualifications.

Applicants should note that you may be required to provide cover for administration colleagues within the Team and across Glasgow City HSCP North West Locality (Adult Mental Health Services) during periods of sickness and annual or other leave.

The shift pattern is; Monday - Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm
