Renal Services in Greater Glasgow and Clyde are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our team of Chronic Kidney Disease Nurse specialists to expand support to patients on a renal conservative care pathway.  Key responsibilities for a Chronic Kidney Disease Nurse Specialist will include education around treatment modalities and choices; support and advice for patients and their families who have chosen a conservative care pathway; support and advice for primary care colleagues to maximise patients’ independence and ability to be managed at home. You, the applicant will be a registered nurse and have highly developed specialist knowledge of renal disease across a range of work procedures and practices underpinned by theoretical and relevant practical experience. The shift pattern for this post is over 5 days.
