Exciting opportunities have arisen for Band 6 Neonatal Nurses within the NNU at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. Our 20 cot, level 2 unit provides Intensive; High Dependency; Special and Transitional Care and Outreach Services for the babies within Forth Valley.
We are looking for staff with a passion for Neonatal care; who are keen team players; have excellent communication skills and display an enthusiasm to promote family integrated care within our Neonatal Unit. In your role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for assessment of care needs ensuring the delivery of high quality care to our babies and families.
An interest in QI and change management to drive forward and instill positive changes in the care pathways for the babies and families ensuring the best possible start in life would be advantageous.
A first level NMC Registration; recent experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and completion of the Neonatal Nurse Qualified in Speciality (QIS) certificate are essential for these posts.
Hours may be negotiable.
