Senior Support Specialist - Band 7
Salary Scale: £39,693 - £46,467 per annum

The NHS Tayside Digital Directorate are looking to recruit a Senior Support Specialist to fill a vacancy in the Endpoint Management Team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate would be required to manage the day to day work of the Service Delivery/Operations area within the Endpoint Services team. Excellent technical and organisational skills are paramount as is the ability to successfully deliver complex technical projects.
The key technical areas covered but not limited to, are as follows,
Supporting business as usual activities in relation to incident and request management, overseeing the 2nd line support area, technical application and OS support, Project/Lead work involvement in varying key project initiatives, asset management/stock control and 3rd party/stakeholder engagement.
The post requires education to diploma level, preferably in the IT field or an equivalent level of knowledge.

The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
