The Director of Performance, Planning and Service Development for NHS 24, is a fully integrated member of the Board’s Executive Management Team and the wider leadership team across the Board. Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a strategic leadership role ensuring the development and delivery of NHS 24's Digital Roadmap aligned to NHS 24's Strategic Delivery Programme.  Lead in the creation of the “Vision for Digital” across the organisation, driving knowledge, expertise and digital understanding for staff.

This role requires an experienced leader in service development and transformation, working collaboratively with Executive colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of NHS 24’s Corporate Strategy, programmes of growth and quality improvement contributing effectively at Board and Executive team level.

You will demonstrate high levels of competency in NHSScotland values and leadership behaviours.
