This position is a permanent post for 10.5 hours per week.
The post is based at the Waverley Medical Centre, Stranraer.
The post holder will provide domestic service to patients, staff and visitors of the Waverley Medical Centre premises through the use of effective and efficient methods, which deliver a ‘safe’ and welcoming environment and meet the required standards.
Applicants should have knowledge of cleaning standards and related procedures and a working knowledge of Health & Safety. Effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively and efficiently in a busy environment and a working knowledge of basic information technology is required.
The post holder will be required to undertake job training and induction to achieve full competency across a range of duties.
