The Ayrshire and Arran Primary and Urgent Care Service are seeking to appoint a Project Implementation Manager to work closely with Service Leads, GP Practices and a range of Independent Contractors across primary care and community to ensure effective pathways for patients.
The Project Implementation Manager will play a key role in supporting an ambitious portfolio programme of work, working as part of a dynamic team that has been established to support and coordinate the key actions required to transform how Primary Care and Community Services are delivered in Ayrshire and Arran.
You will lead across a wide range of workstreams to deliver an efficient, effective, high quality, professional, and well-coordinated programmes of work and be capable of engaging both within the NHS, Health and Social Care Partnerships, and partner organisations, ensuring alignment of activity.
You are required to be qualified to a degree level and/or equivalent in a related field along with experience of managing projects. As well as knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector, candidates are required to have excellent planning, coordination and organisation skills with excellent negotiation, influencing and high levels of drive and enthusiasm to achieve the project objectives.
Full Driving Licence is essential.
Post 1: Programme Implementation Manager – Primary Care Transformation Team, 37.5 hours per week.
Post 2: Programme Implementation Manager – Primary & Urgent Care, 30 hours per week.
