Band 5 Registered Nurse position in Older People’s Services within the North Sector.  You will have the ability to fulfil the job description outline.  You will work within the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care to a defined patient group.  You will competently perform the necessary technical / invasive / physical aspects of care for this defined patient group.

You will assess patient needs, plan/implement and evaluate a programme of care which is evidence based utilising all available resources taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender and cultural background and ensure involvement with the patient, family, carers and significant others. 

This post is based in Lightburn Hospital and the shift pattern is 11.5 hour shifts / rotational day & night duty Monday - Sunday
