We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Quality Improvement/Practice Development Team, based at Murray Royal Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to develop the Clinical Governance Nurse role. You will support the delivery of continuous staff and service development to ultimately improve outcomes for service users. You will play a central role in the availability of information and data across the service to support the Clinical Governance and Service Improvement Agenda.
You will also participate in the provision of specialist training programmes for healthcare professionals.
You will in collaboration with the Senior Charge Nurses / Team Leads across all parts eg the service and line management will be via the Senior Nurse - Practice Development, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities.
The successful candidate will be well organised, highly motivated, enthusiastic and non judgemental. You will also be able to communicate with a wide variety of staff, service users and the general public and have appropriate knowledge and skill of IT packages.
