SENIOR BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANTS

1 X POST - FIXED TERM – (12 months)

BAND 4

22.5 HOURS PER WEEK – 8.30AM TO 5PM (Monday to Friday) 3 days


An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Support Assistants to join the HQ Business Support team based at Rowan Business Park, 5 Ardlaw Street, Glasgow, G51 3RR on a fixed term basis.  The post-holder requires to be an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to achievement of the role of the management team through provision of a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, thereby being able to free up time for the Senior Management Team by co-ordinating diaries, taking minutes at meetings, arranging and administering meetings, handling enquiries.   The post-holders require to have excellent communication skills and to be proficient in the use of MS Office applications.  It is essential the post holder has at least 2 years experience working in a senior administrative role.
