NHS AYRSHIRE & ARRAN: ASSOCIATE NURSE DIRECTOR POSTS AFC Band 8C
Post 1: North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership / Integrated Joint Board Lead Nurse including pan-Ayrshire professional leadership for Mental Health, Addictions Services and Learning Disability Nursing
Post 2: East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership / Integrated Joint Board Lead Nurse including pan-Ayrshire professional leadership for Community, Primary Care and OOH Nursing
Post 3: Acute Services covering University Hospital Ayr and University Hospital Crosshouse
Post 4: Care Home Leadership & Support with pan-Ayrshire remit for 82 care homes for older adults and adults across Ayrshire & Arran.

Three of these key vacancies have arisen due to a combination of promotion and retirement of the previous post holders, with the Care Home Leadership post an important new addition to our senior professional leadership team.
We are looking for exceptional nurse leaders who will share our vision and values, provide strong strategic clinical leadership and management rigour within the North and East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnerships / Integrated Joint Boards, across Acute Services and to support Care Homes; ensuring a culture of continuous quality improvement where every person every time has a quality, safe and person centred care experience.
For these posts we are looking for candidates of considerable personal and professional stature with strong credentials as clinical leaders and a proven track record of delivering clinical and service transformational change; also demonstrating highly tuned emotional intelligence that aligns with our values of Safe, Caring and Respectful.
