The Falkirk Partnership are seeking to employ a Deputy Charge Nurse to join the Integrated Mental Health Service. The post holder will be based at Woodlands Resource Centre, Falkirk Community Hospital.
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and forward thinking Registered Mental Health Nurse. Experience working in a community mental health setting would be advantageous. The post holder will have a focus on sustainable and high-quality service delivery and will be critical to the embedding, development and continual quality improvement of a very busy resource centre.
The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for a group of staff within the resource centre. Key to the role will be the provision of a comprehensive evidence based psychological group work programme in addition to delivering a safe and effective Health Maintenance Service. The post holder will be proficient in carrying out psychiatric assessments and comprehend the complexities of managing clinical risk.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
